Prices on the site are quoted in Peso and subject to change at any time. When placing an order, you agree to pay for it using one of the accepted payment methods, and thereby authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable charges incurred.

We have several shipping methods available. We can't be responsible for third-party carrier-delays. Delivery times are dependent on which shipping method and where you want your products shipped.

We are not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or purchase of products.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Within 15 days after the date of purchase, you can return eligible items.
Products should be returned in their original and unused condition, along with their packaging and tags.
Certain items, such as custom-made products or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

For returns due to defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund processing takes [7-14] business days after receiving the returned item.
